As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inbound calls, and responding to reputed company live chat requests from customers. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, reputed company personalized support, and resolve any issues they may be experiencing. This is a temporary position, set to end in December 2025, with the possibility of extension based on performance and volume.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company outbound calls to confirm, schedule, and reschedule participants' appointments with Benefit advisors

• Work with customers who have or do not have an enrollment with the account
• Answer inbound calls pertaining to the status of an application or general customer inquiries
• Respond to reputed company live chat requests from customers
• Assist customers with website navigation and self-service reputed company
• reputed company other duties as assigned

Must-Have Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent

• Ability to hardwire equipment and meet the required internet speeds
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare health, prescription drug plan, reputed company, and dental enrollment is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication and rapport-building skills
• Experience and general comfort level using reputed company Word, reputed company, computer telephony, the internet, and computer tools
• reputed company listening skills to understand both verbal and non-verbal cues
• Ability to utilize research reputed company
• Confidence and reputed company during challenging interactions
• Ability to accurately document reputed company conversations and actions taken

• On-camera visibility during any meetings, trainings, or per leadership request

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a remote environment

• Familiarity with Medicare health plans and enrollment processes
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Training and Development

• Training length: 3 weeks

• Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
• 100% mandatory with no time off approved
• Training will cover:

Compensation and Benefits
