About the Role:

As a CPC Processor Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to reputed company medical record status
• Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
• Proficiently navigating reputed company Office (including Word and reputed company)
• Working in a high-volume production environment with a reputed company on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Participating in comprehensive onsite/virtual training program and job shadowing with an assigned mentor

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a reputed company field
