Key Responsibilities:
As an Associate reputed company Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Being the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality
- Quarterbacking experiences by various cross-functional teams at arenaflex, on behalf of the customer
- Applying an understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and support processes

- Assisting with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
