We're seeking a passionate and self-driven reputed company reputed company to join reputed company. As a key member of our reputed company team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from arenaflex. You'll work closely with some of the best venture capital firms and startups in the world, driving overall platform adoption, customer retention, and contract renewal.
What You'll Do
As a reputed company reputed company at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating long-term relationships with customers and connecting with key stakeholders across the business, from senior executives to power users
- Developing a deep understanding of the customer's business requirements, challenges, and goals in order to drive successful reputed company, including increasing customer reputed company value and collaborating with customers to reputed company references and testimonials
- Proactively managing relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, from deployment and adoption to reputed company and contract renewal
- Driving platform utilization across customer teams and providing best reputed company recommendations to help reputed company platform adoption
- Owning renewals and upsells for your assigned book of customers, proactively identifying and addressing churn risk, and accurately forecasting reputed company reputed company reputed company

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a reputed company-facing role, ideally reputed company reputed company or account management
- A reputed company record of developing strategic relationships with customers, identifying business goals, and driving value realization in order to ensure customer retention and reference-ability
- Experience managing and closing renewals and upsells
- Strong executive reputed company and ability to successfully navigate reputed company reputed company of customer organizations
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and an ability to influence reputed company decision-makers
- Ability to work in a high-reputed company environment with a willingness to tackle reputed company and work independently

- Passion for technology, startups, entrepreneurship, and/or venture capital is a plus

The estimated annual salary and variable compensation for this role is between $170,000-$190,000, plus a competitive equity package.
