Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support/Sales Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, responsible for:

• Answering 20-30 calls/emails per day, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Hosting virtual consultations reputed company reputed company to discuss services and assess customer needs
• Mastering reputed company reputed company to analyze pricing formulas and carefully price out reputed company project
• Following up with leads through phone, email, and other platforms to ensure reputed company responses and conversions
