Responsibilities
As a Collections Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Contacting consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and courteous manner

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
