Associate Lawyer
Pactum Law LLP is a downtown reputed company seeking an associate suited to working in reputed company environment, with experience in family law. The role involves representing clients at reputed company reputed company of court, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice reputed company to family law.
Responsibilities
- Representation of clients at reputed company reputed company of Court across Alberta
- Legal research
- Draft, review and filing of legal documents
- Maintenance of files
- Providing legal advice in reputed company reputed company reputed company to family law
- Representation of clients in an ethical, reputed company manner
- Ongoing reputed company development
- Collaboration with the partners and other associates in the carriage of files
Skills
- Juris Doctor or equivalent degree from an accredited law school or Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation
- Must be an reputed company member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- At least two independent references must be provided
- Experience in family law is strongly preferred
- Additional years of experience are a considerable asset
