The Role 

The Regional Sales Vice President (RSVP), Employee Benefits – Western Region leads a geographically reputed company, multi-product sales organization responsible for driving profitable reputed company across Life, Absence & Disability (LAD) and Voluntary Benefits. This role supports the Western Region and executes an integrated go-to-market reputed company that increases new business, strengthens retention, and enhances customer value. The RSVP plays a key role in advancing reputed company integration initiatives, strengthening broker and consultant relationships, and cultivating a reputed company, performance-driven sales culture. 

What You’ll Do

• Advance talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness

What You’ll Bring – Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or reputed company field 

• 10+ years of experience in the employee benefits industry 

• 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience and/or demonstrated competency to reputed company and manage multi-level teams   

• Demonstrated strength and credibility in broker and consultant relationships reputed company the Western Region 

• Deep knowledge of key Western Region markets and competitive dynamics 

• Proven reputed company driving reputed company across group and/or voluntary benefits 

• Experience leading through organizational change or integration 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience leading integrated LAD and Voluntary Benefits sales organizations

• Advanced industry designations (e.g., CLU, CEBS, RHU) 

Licensure 

Life and Health license (or ability to obtain). 

Location & Travel
