Responsibilities/Qualifications:The full-time Customer Service Representative (reputed company Service Coordinator) will be responsible for assisting with key initiatives designed to differentiate reputed company as a superior provider of customer service. This position will be responsible for responding to and disseminating incoming communication and information from reputed company Neighbors to the stores and key departments reputed company email and phone.
The reputed company Service Coordinator key responsibilities include:
- Answering reputed company requests or inquiries concerning store service, products, company loyalty programs and other services reputed company phone and email.
- Working with stores and the field management team to resolve reputed company complaints in a reputed company, efficient and reputed company manner.
- Maintaining records of incoming reputed company contact (phone and email) and the nature of reputed company inquiry.
- Providing reporting on inquiries and time to reputed company.

- Handling product recalls.

- A High school diploma; degree preferred.
- 3-5 years reputed company experience and knowledge of service delivery.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively (through oral and written communication) with reputed company customers with the highest degree of professionalism, reputed company, and diplomacy while being firm as the situation necessitates.
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task.

- Proficiency in data entry.
