Responsibilities and Duties
As a Remote Call Center Agent & Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to customers on behalf of insurance companies, handling over 100 calls per day
- Logging customer information into multiple software programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Receiving inbound calls from customers, following the reputed company procedures as outbound calls
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns reputed company necessary
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data

Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of inbound/outbound call center experience
