Responsibilities
As a member of our Gold Customer Service team, you'll play a key role in supporting arenaflex's leadership in the independent agency channel by providing expert, around-the-clock assistance to agents. Your contributions will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also reputed company agents to grow their businesses, creating a meaningful reputed company every day. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in their time of need by building rapport and reputed company handling inbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment, addressing questions reputed company to renewals, coverage, eligibility, billing, and policy changes.
- Delivering expertise by assessing customer and agent needs to drive satisfaction, business reputed company, and retention.

Qualifications
