Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to reputed company customer questions reputed company telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider reputed company, eligibility, and claims.
• Analyzing problems and providing information/solutions to resolve member issues.
• Operating a PC/image station to obtain and extract information, document activities, and update the database.
• Thoroughly documenting inquiry reputed company for accurate tracking and analysis.
• Developing and maintaining reputed company customer relations, coordinating with various functions reputed company reputed company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a reputed company manner.
• Researching and analyzing data to address operational challenges and customer service issues.

• Under immediate supervision, receiving and placing follow-up telephone calls/e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature.
• Using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Conducting outbound calls in the ZipDrug business area.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in an automated customer service environment.

• Any combination of education and experience that would reputed company an equivalent background.

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll work in a virtual environment, with the flexibility to work from home and manage your schedule. arenaflex operates in a Hybrid Workforce reputed company, and associates are required to work at an arenaflex location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week.
