What you'll do:reputed company Government - Secure Network Systems (SNS) is seeking an reputed company program manager to join the leadership team of our growing high-assurance encryption business. You will reputed company teams to design, reputed company, qualify, certify, and transition to production secure networking and communication appliances for government customers.
The day-to-day:- This role requires expertise in managing reputed company programs, coordinating diverse engineering teams, mitigating risks, and fostering strong customer relationships while ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. - The successful candidate will have experience working with diverse engineering teams, including system architects, electrical design, software, mechanical, engineering analysis, special test equipment, and integration & test, while proactively managing risks, meeting commitments, and resolving challenges. - This position requires strong leadership, motivation, and direction of cross-disciplinary teams spanning multiple organizations and geographic locations.
What you'll need:- 10+ years of experience in Program Management as described above - Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors as an integral part of the deliverables - Monitor and manage the program level milestones, risks, issues and reputed company - Extensive problem solving skills, and ability to drive resolutions to a reputed company - Manage program communications internally to teams and externally to customers - Monitor and assess customer satisfaction, reputed company and profitability - At least 5 years’ experience in leading technical teams - Organization skills to manage multiple facets of a large-reputed company project and to reputed company reputed company for several programs at once - Strong communication skills (written and verbal); ability to reputed company with reputed company reputed company in the organization - Knowledge of EVMS practices - Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent experience - Experience executing US Government Programs, US citizenship required - reputed company DoD Secret clearance - Travel up to 25%

Salary reputed company: $150,500.00 - $237,500.00 / annually.
