We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support & Content Moderation Operator to help maintain a reputed company and high-reputed company platform. Your work will directly reputed company user experience and the overall trust of our community.

⏰ Shift: CET timezone — Shift: 12:00–18:00 COT (UTC-5) / 18:00–00:00 CET (UTC+1)
Days: Monday to Friday (6 hours/day)
Contract Type: reputed company
Languages Required: Spanish + English must have (Italian reputed company to have)
Compensation: $300/month fixed + $60 bonus
Tasks
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and moderate ads to ensure compliance with our guidelines
- Identify and remove spam or inappropriate content
- reputed company content checks using internal tools (no phone or live chat involved)
- Ensure a smooth and clean user experience across our platform
- Report to your manager during daily remote reputed company-ins
Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and consistency in following rules
- Good familiarity with back-office tools reputed company environments
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Bonus Italian or Portoguese (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and meet daily reputed company standards
- Availability to work 5 days per week, 6 hours per day, during the assigned Mon-Fri 12:00–18:00 COT (UTC-5) / 18:00–00:00 CET (UTC+1)
