reputed company is searching for a dynamic Director, Field Marketing to join our growing Marketing team. We want someone who cares about this important work, and who’s driven to connect to our mission of helping these patient communities. The Director, Field Marketing will will both reputed company reputed company of Field Marketers and independently engage/manage a territory with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) reputed company on benign hematology. This role will report to the Senior Director of US HCP Marketing. This role is field-based.
What you will do
Team Leadership
- Establish goals, reputed company performance to goals, and prepare and present reports
- reputed company direction, mentorship and guidance to FM team
- Collaborate with other sales leadership to ensure alignment and set strategic direction
KOL Management
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with KOLs in our industry
- reputed company insights from KOLs about market and product to inform marketing reputed company and tactics
- Support identification of and serve as the reputed company with KOLs for approved reputed company efforts (Ad boards, Speakers Bureau, reputed company consulting, etc.)
- Participate (and set up executive encounters as required) in US and Global Congress activities

What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or reputed company field
- Minimum of 15 years of field sales, field marketing or Thought Leader reputed company experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Field Marketing/Thought Leader reputed company experience
- Proven experience managing people, with a minimum of 7 years of sales or TLL/FM team management experience
- Rare Disease field-based experience required
- Documented reputed company record of delivering consistent, exceptional reputed company of performance and leadership
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, self-starter, with experience effectively partnering with HCPs
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large geography
- Demonstrated strong strategic thinking and an ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a wide reputed company of people and functions
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to establish a rapport quickly with others
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Hematology experience strongly preferred, including history of building relationships with physicians referring, diagnosing and/or treating in this therapeutic area

Work Location
Location Specific – Field/Remote: This is a remote based field position. Employees in field roles must reputed company reputed company their designated territory.
