Position Responsibilities

As a Customer Account Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by analyzing sales tax exemption certificates, contacting customers to resolve documentation issues, and applying approved exemptions in our state-of-the-art customized software. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing sales tax exemption certificates for accuracy and completeness
• Contacting customers to resolve documentation issues, ensuring reputed company and efficient reputed company

• Calculating and processing sales tax credits based on exemption documentation, ensuring accurate and reputed company processing

Minimum Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
