The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company, working nights and weekends. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a fast-paced environment
• Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
• Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent reputed company
• Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors
• Adapting to fast-changing guidelines with customers
• Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
• Maintaining and improving reputed company results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school graduate or G.E.D.
• A minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• The ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
• The ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established reputed company requirements
• The ability to pass a background reputed company
