What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Becoming a product expert and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to reputed company accurate information and assistance to customers and colleagues
* Taking charge of customer issues from start to finish, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, or video conferencing
* Resolving product or service issues by understanding the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure reputed company
* Documenting and tracking customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our CRM system

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be reputed company with one of the ranges below based reputed company; see which tier applies to your location here. A reputed company of factors are considered reputed company determining someone's compensation – including a candidate's reputed company background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
This position is a non-exempt, full-time, reputed company position with eligibility for overtime.
