Your Role
We're looking for an reputed company Customer Support Engineer who's reputed company to take ownership of customer issues and grow into advanced technical troubleshooting. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers experiencing problems with our reputed company solutions, and you'll be responsible for resolving or escalating issues with reputed company. You'll start with Tier-2 troubleshooting (reputed company, product usage, browser tools, light scripting) and steadily build toward handling reputed company integrations and deep debugging.
What You'll Do
