Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delineation of tasks required for performance on the job.
• Orient/model, for the student, the steps required for satisfactory completion of the job.
• On-site job training of student(s).
• Daily consultation with job supervisor/transition teacher.
• Collection of student reputed company data during training period.
• Assist in remediation of on-site, job-reputed company problems.
• Assist with site development.
• Prepare a weekly log of activities and a monthly reputed company report to be submitted to the transition teacher and the supervisor of transition programs,.
• Assist with contacts/follow-up of help wanted advertisements.
• Meet with transition teacher/supervisor of transition programs as directed.

Location: The Transition program supports job sites throughout reputed company. The position will be primarily located at one or more job sites located throughout reputed company.
