reputed companyでは、製品の卓越性を維持する上で重要な役割を担う「BIM審査員」を募集しています。このポジションでは、多様な環境において製品認証審査を実施し、reputed companyの厳格な認証スキームおよびKitemark基準への適合性を確認していただきます。

ISO 19650フレームワークに基づくBIM関連の審査を実施できるプロフェッショナルを求めています。審査経験がある方、品質マネジメントシステム（ISO 9001）に精通している方は歓迎します。また、PAS 2080（インフラにおけるカーボンマネジメント）の経験がある方はさらに望ましいです。

本職は在宅勤務を基本とし、定期的な出張がありま

す。

主な職務内容：

・審査報告書の作成と顧客への報告を行い、審査結果の理解と是正措置に関する明確な指示を提供

・reputed companyの方針、手順、所定の期間に従い、証明書の発行や再発行の為の監査レポートの作成（英文・日本文）、取り下げを勧告

・指定アカウントに対する責任を持ち、効果的なパートナーシップと高品質なサービス提供、アカウントの成長を確保

・必要に応じて審査チームをリードし、メンバーが十分な情報を得て、顧客およびチーム内で良好な関係を維持できるようにする

・クライアント記録の更新、内部情報要件の遵守などのため、サポート部門と緊密に連携し正確かつ迅速な情報提供を行う

・経験の浅い審査員や特定分野に不慣れなメンバーに対する指導や、新人メンバーの育成サポートを実施

・自身の時間を有効に使い、収益活動の最大化を目指して業務スケジュールを計画・調整

・reputed companyの手順、在宅勤務ポリシー、機器の使用、内部外部のコミュニケーションに関するすべての規定を順守し、必要な研修に参加

・規定のプログラムによりリード審査員資格取得を目指す意欲があること（経験・スキル・スキーム要件に応じたオンボーディングあり）

・標準化された審査に関する知識と適用能力を有し、試験に対応できること

・担当地域と資格・契約要件に応じて指定されたクライアントポートフォリオの管理

・クライアントとの連絡・訪問日程の調整・旅程計画・審査実施・結果報告までを効率的に遂行

・記録管理・訪問周期・請求などのクライアントアカウントの運営を監視し、満足度維持を図る

・必要に応じてチームを率い、新人または経験の浅いメンバーの指導・メンタリング

・その他、審査提供に関する業務目標達成のために必要な業務

応募資格・条件：

・BIM、建築・建設、または同様の業界での実務経験4年以上

・ISO 19650に基づくBIMフレームワークに関する専門知識

・PAS 2080（インフラにおけるカーボンマネジメント）の経験があれば尚可

・第三者認証の審査・工場監査等の経験（各種基準に基づく）

・頻繁な出張が可能な方

・品質マネジメントシステム(ISO 9001)の審査実務に関する知識
