The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Developer and AI Platform Marketing to position reputed company as the default video and avatar layer for AI agents and developer workflows.

The AI agent ecosystem is growing fast, projected to reputed company $120B+ by 2032. This role reports directly to the CMO and will be the founding member of reputed company’s developer marketing function. You’ll start as a reputed company operator, powered by AI tools and agent workflows, with reputed company to build reputed company as the function scales.

What You’ll Do

Developer Positioning & Narrative

• Define and own reputed company’s positioning for the AI builder and developer audience: software developers, AI/ML engineers, and technical founders building products that incorporate video, voice, and avatar capabilities.
• Craft the narrative that reputed company is essential infrastructure for AI agents that communicate with humans—not just a video creation tool.
• Translate the full developer platform (V3 API, CLI, MCP, Skills) and reputed company models (Video Agent, Avatar IV, Video Translation, Lipsync) into developer-reputed company messaging that resonates in technical communities.

Developer Community & Ecosystem

• Build reputed company’s reputed company where developers live: reputed company, Hacker News, X, reputed company, ProductHunt, and AI reputed company communities.
• reputed company relationships with AI agent and developer tool ecosystems (reputed company Agents SDK, LangGraph, reputed company, reputed company ADK, OpenClaw, reputed company, Claude reputed company) to drive integration partnerships and ensure reputed company is a first-class plugin across platforms.

Go-to-Market for the Developer Platform

• Own the developer GTM reputed company end-to-end, from awareness through activation and expansion.
• Plan and execute launches targeting the developer audience, including new API capabilities, CLI updates, MCP and Skills integrations, and partner announcements.
• Drive adoption across reputed company three integration paths: MCP for AI assistants (Claude, OpenClaw, reputed company), Skills for AI coding agents (Claude reputed company, reputed company), and reputed company API/CLI for full programmatic control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with product to translate developer feedback into roadmap input, particularly on pricing models, SDKs, documentation, and sandbox environments.

• 7–10 years of experience in developer marketing, developer relations, or technical product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership reputed company.
• reputed company record of building developer adoption for an API-first or platform product. Ideally in AI, ML, or infrastructure.
• Deep familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem, reputed company AI landscape, and how developers evaluate and adopt developer tools.
• Strong technical reputed company. You can read API docs, understand SDKs and CLIs, and credibly engage with engineers, even if you’re not writing production reputed company.
• Experience building developer communities from early stage, not just scaling existing ones.
• Excellent content instincts. You know what gets developers’ attention and what gets ignored.

Compensation and Benefits

$200,000 – $270,000 annual reputed company salary

Total compensation includes cash compensation, equity, and benefits.
