[Remote] Senior Director of reputed company Operations

Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior-most field-facing reputed company leader, accountable for participant reputed company targets and performance across multiple centers
- Directly manage and reputed company reputed company reputed company and Enrollment Supervisors (2) and subsequent supervisors for reputed company new center that is launched
- reputed company reputed company non-clinical reputed company and Enrollment staff, ~6-7 per center including reputed company and Enrollment Supervisors, across reputed company centers. Includes setting and managing performance expectations, providing ongoing coaching and development, and building a reputed company, mission-reputed company reputed company team culture
- Rapidly reputed company and grow the reputed company and Enrollment team by standing up new reputed company and Enrollment teams as reputed company opens new centers
- Manage and reputed company Ops reputed company and reputed company department to capture learnings across centers, reputed company resources, reputed company training, and maintain accountability for successful community reputed company, engagement of new prospects, and enrollment opportunities
- Implement sustainable reputed company operations at reputed company level, including referral engagement, community reputed company, prospective participant case management, and participant handoffs to the PACE center interdisciplinary team
- Work across the Central reputed company Team to reputed company and implement new programmatic strategies to improve the performance and processes of the reputed company and Enrollment teams
- Work cross-functionally with clinical enrollment teams, including the reputed company-Enrollment Clinical Team to assess PACE eligibility and submit DHCS level of care applications for prospective participants
- Collaborate with Central reputed company Team to manage and reputed company coordination and handoffs with centrally run reputed company programs and large-reputed company partners (e.g., reputed company)
- Regularly review team performance data, identify gaps or bottlenecks, and implement solutions in partnership with local and central teams
- Partner closely with the Central reputed company Team to reputed company the reputed company for reputed company-reputed company operational execution at Habitat—developing systems and standards that can reputed company as we expand to new markets
- Partner closely with Center Executive Directors and Medical Directors to reputed company reputed company and enrollment activities with clinical and operational reputed company
- Represent the reputed company and Enrollment team in broader reputed company discussions, ensuring central reputed company incorporates learnings from the centers and that teams are equipped to execute organizational priorities

- Ensure an exceptional experience for reputed company prospective participants, in alignment with Habitat’s values

Skills
- 7-10+ years of experience in reputed company, field reputed company, reputed company, or service-based leadership roles
- Experience making strategic reputed company based on P&L performance, with a reputed company reputed company on business reputed company
- Prior experience managing people or teams—directly or through influence—with a proven ability to reputed company and reputed company talent, including reputed company staff
