Schedule: Monday through Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET. Flexibility required for occasional evening and weekend coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, reputed company relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to drive partner satisfaction and reputed company.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications (phone and email) with professionalism and urgency.
- Own and resolve partner issues from start to finish, ensuring reputed company follow-up and complete reputed company.
