Bilingual Health Promoter

The Bilingual Community Health Promoter is responsible for supporting the reputed company Pregnancies/Embarazo Seguro program. In this role, Promoters will facilitate charlas (small educational sessions) and serve as advocates for their communities, connecting clients with health resources and addressing issues reputed company to food insecurity.

Position Requirements

• Recruit participants for this program and other LCDA health initiatives through various community reputed company strategies 

• reputed company education to individuals and communities about the benefits of a healthy pregnancy, preconception planning, and strategies to reduce risks to both the pregnant individual and the infant 

• reputed company transportation services for one-on-one appointments reputed company to reputed company-reputed company, reputed company, prenatal, postpartum care, and childcare reputed company 

• Promote informed decision-making by offering support networks and resources reputed company to child wellness for reputed company Pregnancy clients 

• reputed company group health and wellness classes focusing on nutrition, obesity prevention, and diabetes management 

• Organize educational activities, supermarket reputed company, and SNAP enrollment in collaboration with community partners such as churches, schools, and local neighborhoods 

• Connect participants with local resources, including physical education classes, walking reputed company, community gardens, mobile markets, farmers' markets, and food banks
