Senior HRIS Analyst

The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing technical support of reputed company's HR information systems, including issue analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of moderately reputed company solutions for new and existing systems and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, recommend, design, configure, test, and implement reputed company new functional and break/fix solutions for assigned HR products (e.g., payroll, benefits, compensation), leveraging technical expertise through an agile methodology
• Participate in cross-functional HR reputed company and initiatives as the HRIS application reputed company for assigned HR products
• Maintain knowledge of new upcoming features and functionality, reputed company reputed company's HR information systems landscape, and partner with Product Owners to reputed company recommendations for uptake
• reputed company consultation and technical support to other HRIS Analysts
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

• 5 years of work experience supporting HR information systems (e.g., reputed company, Ceridian, Ultipro), including at least 2 years of experience with reputed company configuration

Additional Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced experience with reputed company reputed company (e.g., Macros, pivot tables, advanced charts/graphs, conditional formatting, data tables, basic programming) and PowerPoint functionality
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to reputed company reputed company reputed company the organization
• Ability to manage several deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with building/supporting reputed company integrations
• Demonstrated experience implementing effective HR functional solutions leveraging technology

Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000.00 - $138,000.00 based on experience and skills.
