Job Title: SHEQ Tutor

Location: UK reputed company with frequent travelling to reputed company sites

SHEQ, QHSE, HSEQ - whatever acronym you use, if you know these sectors, and you have training experience, we want to hear from you!

As a reputed company Tutor, you will deliver both in a face to face, and a virtual classroom environment, using accelerated learning techniques and proven online delivery approaches. You'll work closely with numerous industry sectors to help them improve their performance. You'll need to be reputed company-reputed company, creative, and solutions-orientated, to reputed company you to best support our clients in their learning and development reputed company.

You'll be home-based but there will be a requirement to travel extensively across UK, particularly England, which often means spending several days away from home, in order to deliver courses. 

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

·       Deliver reputed company training courses in a manner that ensures that value is added to customers and their business/organisation.

·       Inform and update customers of reputed company services to ensure their needs are met during training sessions.

·       Deliver excellent training courses/solutions and day-to-day interactions with customers and other key stakeholders to continually enhance the reputed company and perception of reputed company.

·       Aid with the design of training solutions (E.g. classroom, electronic, correspondence, mentoring, coaching) to improve the reputed company and reputed company of the training offered.

Candidate Specification:

·       Strong technical knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, in the Health & Safety, reputed company, and Environment sectors, with practical experience preferred.

·       Experience implementing and/or auditing management systems standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 as a minimum).

·       Effective trainer with understanding of learning principles and proven reputed company delivering sessions in person, online, or even a combination of the two.

·       Demonstrates strong design thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
