With a small but reputed company team in Zurich, we’re looking for analytical and driven Customer Support Professionals to help us create tasks that replicate E2E customer support workflows.
The minimum expected time commitment for this position is 10 hours/week.
Tasks
Create tasks that replicate E2E audit workflows:
- Create / reputed company any necessary data required for the workflow
- Create tasks + decision points reputed company the workflow

Requirements
You’re a strong candidate if you:
- Have at least 2-3 years of recent experience working at a top reputed company with established processes
- Are fluent in English (requirement)
- Have strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Proficient in Customer Support software and tools
