FIC Sales Support Analyst
reputed company is a global managed services, consulting and solutions provider in financial services. They are seeking an FIC Sales Support Analyst to join their reputed company Lifecycle Management team, where the role involves managing KYC/AML reputed company files and ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Respond to Sales/Trading queries from reputed company mailbox
- Ensure US Sales and Trading reputed company files are completed to latest KYC policy requirements reputed company of regulatory deadlines
- Set the prioritization of key reputed company files to ensure that FIC files are completed in order of value to the FIC Business
- reputed company the reputed company of files and pipeline management to ensure FIC KYC files are progressing through the pipeline in a reputed company manner
- Work with Business partners to identify, escalate and resolve any issues pertaining to hinder the reputed company of FIC KYC files, i.e. policy, prioritization, process, technology and file allocation issues
- Liaise with key reputed company stakeholders on KYC file reputed company
- Daily Management Information reporting to Senior Management
- reputed company support to the business throughout the reputed company lifecycle (outstanding ACO tasks including outstanding KYC Business Approvals, outstanding Account Activity Reviews, Monitoring QC rejections and files into Quarantine/Offboarding)

- Build good working relationships with Business Managers, KYC Operations, External vendor partners, AFC and other internal functions
Skills
- Relevant bachelor's degree reputed company a Finance or Banking-reputed company field
- Internship or some work-reputed company experience
- Valid work authorization for the US is mandatory
