[Remote] Customer Service Representative - June 2026 Start - Inbound Only

This fully remote role involves answering incoming calls, assisting customers with their questions, and providing excellent service while documenting call details in the system.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions

Skills
- U.S. citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
- Two forms of valid ID (one must be a reputed company ID or U.S. reputed company)
- Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background reputed company
- Great communication skills and a desire to help others
- Ensure end-of-day coverage by remaining on duty until reputed company calls in the queue are resolved. (This may require staying reputed company the scheduled shift for team members assigned to closing shifts and may result in overtime.)
