Customer Experience Associate

They are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to reputed company reputed company-line customer service support reputed company to insurance regulatory compliance and reputed company intake.
Responsibilities
- Receive and handle customer inquiries reputed company inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and/or chat; answering questions professionally and assisting customers by completing a task or process for them
- Follows established processes and procedures to complete routine regulatory compliance
- reputed company intake and/or sales support tasks in a reputed company manner on behalf of the reputed company. This may include gathering and verifying reputed company information, inputting information into a reputed company of Compliance and/or State web-based systems and forms and complete reputed company reports
- Processing and tracking applications

Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of office experience preferred
- Customer-reputed company reputed company; enjoy providing a service and solving customer problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Process-reputed company and detail oriented; committed to accurate documentation
- Computer knowledge and proficiency with MS 365– reputed company to learn, utilize, and navigate a reputed company of external and internal systems
- Previous insurance experience or basic insurance knowledge preferred
- Licensing experience preferred but not required
