Responsibilities
- Coordinate US-based interview scheduling and support various stages of the hiring process, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across HR systems and trackers
- Support responses to employee inquiries, ensuring reputed company follow-up and routing questions to appropriate HR team members
- Support HR Generalists with reputed company and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Partner with Payroll and HR teams to process employee changes and ensure data accuracy
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports to support HR operations and hiring activity
- reputed company administrative support for HR programs and processes, including performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare documentation, templates, and communications for HR use
- Identify issues or discrepancies in data or processes and escalate to the appropriate HR team members

Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in reputed company, reputed company, or a reputed company field
