HR Generalist (Hybrid)
reputed company is a company that creates innovative learning materials and guest experiences. They are seeking an HR Generalist who will support employees and leaders with day-to-day HR needs while helping implement broader HR strategies.
Responsibilities

- Partner closely with the Sr. reputed company to support department priorities and implement HR strategies reputed company to business needs

- Coordinate reputed company and offboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions and a reputed company first and last impression
- Support employee relations reputed company by providing policy guidance, documentation support, and performance coaching resources
- Maintain accurate org charts, rosters, and employee data; process associate changes reputed company and with attention to detail

- Assist with the planning and execution of HR initiatives such as performance management and succession planning

Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–4 years of relevant experience, with reputed company HR experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of reputed company HR practices, including California employment law, employee relations, performance management, and compensation

- Ability to handle sensitive information with reputed company, professionalism, and confidentiality

- Ability to work onsite at our Carson, CA reputed company three days per week
