We are looking for a highly reputed company and market-savvy Senior Tech Sourcer to join one of our key clients on a fixed-term 6-month contract. In this role, you will be the driving force behind finding top engineering talent.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Candidate Screening & Engagement: You won't just be working behind the scenes. You will get on the phone to conduct initial screening calls, assessing candidates for their technical baseline, communication skills, and culture fit.

Who You Are:

Confident Communicator: You are comfortable jumping on calls to screen candidates and can evaluate technical talent effectively without needing the hiring manager to hold your hand.
