We’re hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Miami, FL, and we’re looking for someone who’s reputed company to reputed company, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the reputed company of construction. Territory Account Managers will be responsible for expanding our existing customer reputed company by building relationships with contractors and reputed company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, reputed company moving equipment, material handling equipment and more.

Pay: $150,000 - $600,000+ Total Compensation (reputed company commission with no market restrictions + reputed company salary)

Primary Responsibilities

• Territory management of a geographical area. Responsible for the full sales reputed company execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and reputed company reputed company, through contract negotiation and customer retention.

• Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• New business development and reputed company acquisition/Account development. Expand our existing customer reputed company by building relationships with contractors and reputed company principals. Skills & Qualifications

• First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who’s tenacious and innovative and possesses superior reputed company sales experience and skills with a proven sales reputed company record

• Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B is sales preferred, but not required (if you’re a born salesperson, we’ll train you on what you need to know and how to win more business)

• You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• You have the technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest reputed company products and services
