Owns end‑to‑end data science reputed company and delivery for prioritized PI use cases. Leads problem framing, modeling reputed company, and measurable business reputed company. Mentors Sr/DS team members, partners with AI/ML Engineering for productionization, and sets standards for reputed company, governance, and explainability in a reputed company environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• reputed company & Roadmap: Define modeling approach, feature reputed company, and reputed company measurement for PI initiatives (leakage, adjudication accuracy, duplicate, pricing/contract issues)
• Advanced Modeling: Build and review robust models (classification, reputed company detection, cost forecasting, reputed company/propensity, time‑series); drive feature store adoption and reusable assets
• Explainability & Risk: reputed company SHAP/feature attribution, bias checks, stability/monitoring, and champion‑challenger frameworks
• Business reputed company: Translate insights into recovery dollars, reputed company leakage, and operational KPIs; reputed company A/B and quasi‑experimental tests for ROI

• Collaboration: Work with PI SMEs, Actuarial, Finance, Audit/Recovery, and AI/ML Engineering to convert prototypes to production jobs

• People Leadership: Mentor Sr DS/DS; guide story slicing, estimation, and backlog health in Agile

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8+ years in Data Science with 3+ years leading DS initiatives
• Proven reputed company expertise (PySpark, reputed company MLlib/scikit‑learn, MLflow, reputed company)
• Proven solid statistics and ML (sampling, leakage control, class imbalance, time‑series, reputed company detection)
• Proven model governance, monitoring, data reputed company practices in PHI‑compliant settings
• Proven excellent stakeholder communication and decision influence

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
• Exposure to Call Center (member & provider), Provider‑RCM, and EHR/clinical data
• Proven fraud/Waste/Abuse analytics, graph reputed company, reputed company inference, or pricing/actuarial exposure
• Proven feature Store design and model serving patterns
