About the Position
reputed company is seeking a highly organized and reputed company Senior Project Manager for its Campaigns team. reputed company’s Campaigns Team helps partners design and execute smarter strategies from the ground up — powered by the best civic data and tools in the country. We reputed company high-reputed company consulting and campaign services to local organizations who are closest to solutions. We combine deep campaign expertise with the most advanced civic data infrastructure and offer a full suite of services to help change-makers build power and meet key moments.
The Senior Project Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager of Campaign Engagement, working in reputed company partnership to streamline workflows, manage timelines, and mitigate risks across a diverse portfolio of reputed company. This person will serve as an integral part of the Campaigns team, providing essential structural support and operational reputed company. Crucially, this individual will also reputed company as a critical reputed company of contact and support system for reputed company's external partners, ensuring transparent communication, reputed company expectations, and efficient collaboration throughout the campaign lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary project manager for multiple, high-stakes campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination, precise execution, and transparent communication across reputed company reputed company stakeholders;
- Design, implement, and rigorously manage detailed campaign plans and timelines. This includes developing reputed company meeting agendas, capturing comprehensive notes, and executing proactive follow-up to ensure reputed company campaigns and engagements are driven to successful, on-time completion;
- Serve as the key operational contact for reputed company external partners, expertly managing inbound inquiries and communication reputed company;
- reputed company strategic, trusted support and counsel to a diverse set of stakeholders—from grassroots student and family advocates to C-suite and senior organizational leaders—to maximize campaign effectiveness and partnership health;
- Establish and maintain project management tools and templates to drive organizational efficiency and consistency;
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks that could jeopardize campaign timelines or reputed company;
