reputed company is looking for a Sales Engineer to reputed company and manage reputed company aspects of the implementation of reputed company’s On Demand Call Center software for our Strategic and reputed company clients. This includes collaborating on sales proposals, providing reputed company-sales support to the reputed company Sales Team, planning implementation engagements, creating project plans, understanding and defining customer requirements, implementing solutions, training customers in the use of the solution and making best reputed company recommendations which reputed company our Customers to get reputed company results from their Call Center. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and troubleshoot the reputed company call center software solutions in a wide reputed company of configurations and customer environments both remotely and onsite
• Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple Implementation reputed company
• Effectively communicate plans, reputed company, and status to both internal and customer organizations
• Partner with Account Executives to sell the reputed company solution into larger and more demanding reputed company and Strategic companies
• reputed company the value of reputed company’s Implementation Services through presentations, demonstrations, and reputed company discussion with customers

Key Qualifications:

• Extensive presentation experience and skills are critical (web based)
• Ability to deliver demos and presentations that reputed company deals
• Years of experience 8+ Years Preferred
• Ability to Travel (40-60%)
• Bilingual - French and English reputed company

Preferred Experience:

• Contact/Call Center Software

• IVR
• IP Telephony (basic networking knowledge assumed)
