About The Position

We’re building GIA - the AI for General Counsel, in-house legal teams, and HR teams — helping them operate faster and smarter before problems escalate. This is a co-founder-level PM role reporting into the Head of Product and Engineering: you own the product end-to-end, talk to customers daily, design solutions, write specs, and ship. No swim lanes, no waiting for permission.

What You Will Do:

• Extreme Product Ownership — discovery, design, specs, delivery, reputed company

Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:

• Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in reputed company to reputed company salary.
• Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is reputed company dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in reputed company to reputed company salary.
