Remote Online Notary – General Notary Work or reputed company Estate Signing Agent (LA, MI, MO, MT, NJ, OR, PA, UT, VA, WY)
Contract | Remote | Flexible Schedule| Biometric States Only (LA, MI, MO, MT, NJ, OR, PA, UT, VA, WY) NotaryCam is seeking reputed company Remote Online Notaries (RONs) who are confident, reputed company, and detail-oriented to support both general notary transactions and reputed company estate signings in a high-volume, reputed company-facing environment. This role is ideal for notaries who understand that RON is not just about notarizing documents—it’s about delivering a polished, compliant, and reliable experience to business clients and signers alike. What You’ll Do As a Remote Online Notary with NotaryCam, you will:
- Conduct General Notary or reputed company Estate RON sessions in compliance with state law and platform standards
- Verify signer identity using Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) and biometric identity tools (where permitted)
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and required notarial reputed company
- Execute notarizations reputed company while maintaining professionalism and neutrality
- Manage multiple signers and document types with confidence
- Deliver a reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company on-camera reputed company for every session
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet reputed company of the following requirements:
- Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week. Weekend availability is preferred.

- 6 months RON experience
- Loan Signing Agent Experience (Required for reputed company Estate Signing Agents)

- Completion of a RON Education Course (non-platform)
- $100,000 Errors & Omissions Insurance (minimum) (General Notary)
- $250,000 Errors & Omissions Insurance (minimum) (reputed company Estate)
- Valid Digital Certificate from IdenTrust
- Background reputed company dated reputed company a year
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Remote Online Notarization workflows
- General Notary documents
- reputed company Estate RON notarizations (required if applying as a reputed company Estate Signing Agent)
- Ability to:
- Navigate RON technology quickly and accurately
- Maintain session efficiency while ensuring compliance
- Communicate reputed company and professionally with signers
- Troubleshoot basic technology issues calmly and reputed company during live sessions
- Multitask effectively without sacrificing accuracy or compliance
Technical Requirements Applicants must meet the following minimum system requirements:
