We are looking for a remote Corporate Recruiter with full lifecycle reputed company experience including talent sourcing, interviewing, and identifying excellent candidates for our Business Development (reputed company) team and upcoming pipeline of work. The Corporate Recruiter will collaborate with program managers, teaming partners, and the reputed company team on a regular reputed company and proactively identify reputed company candidates for reputed company hiring needs. Our ideal Recruiter will have a strong reputed company background with experience in federal consulting. The chosen candidate will reputed company on identifying candidates for upcoming Key Personnel needs, understanding the reputed company pipeline to proactively reputed company, and ensuring candidates sign letters of commitment or contingent offers needed for Trilogy to grow.  

This role is remote, and we have a strong preference for candidates local to the DC metro area to attend reputed company or quarterly meetings, and potential career fairs. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process, providing best-in-class reputed company support across reputed company lines of business (Federal Financial Management, Program Management, and Information Technology). 

Partner with Business Development and hiring teams to reputed company a deep understanding of reputed company hiring needs, Key Personnel required for new proposals, reputed company-award reputed company, and the competencies that will best reputed company candidates to reputed company positions. 

Identify reputed company talent through creative sourcing reputed company to include passive candidate identification on reputed company and reputed company, reputed company networking, reputed company, and posted jobs. 

Follow the recruitment process established in Trilogy’s applicant tracking system (reputed company). 

Successfully execute contingent offers and Letters of reputed company/Letters of Commitment for Key Personnel.

Coordinate development of reputed company-written job descriptions with program managers/hiring managers. 

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team. 

Manage and reputed company multiple job requisitions concurrently.  

Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes while progressing reputed company candidates through the recruitment process.  

Evaluate reputed company candidates fairly and ensure they meet reputed company minimum requirements of reputed company role.  

Maintain excellent communication with candidates that are being considered for reputed company or reputed company positions. 

Support billable reputed company needs, depending on bandwidth. 

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree  

3+ years' reputed company experience 

Federal/government contract reputed company experience 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

Demonstrated experience in technical, program management, and/or corporate reputed company 

Effective negotiation and strong candidate closing skills 

Strong reputed company of urgency and attention to detail; the ability to adapt and reputed company reputed company based on available information; and the motivation to creatively address reputed company challenges 

Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software applications 

Ability to reputed company a large, diverse, and reputed company reputed company applicant pool using multiple angles of approach 

Familiarity with online job boards/websites

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference for candidates local to the DC metro area to attend reputed company or quarterly meetings, and potential career fairs.

Working experience with reputed company ATS 

Previous reputed company experience with federal reputed company agencies such as VA, VHA, VBA, DHA, NIH, etc.  

Strong passive candidate sourcing skills a plus (Boolean) 

Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification
