As a Customer Care reputed company, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer service inquiries reputed company the telephone and/or email, resolving reputed company customer issues, and delivering a service experience that exceeds expectations. Requirements

* 1+ years of customer service experience

• Flexible to work specific shifts during hours of operation between 8:00am – 11:00pm EST, Monday through Friday; must be flexible regarding the ability to work overtime & shift worked, which may change based on business need.
• Candidates must be available for the full duration of training in office from May 5th to June 23rd.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some college, or reputed company certification.
• Insurance or Financial Services industry experience or Product specific experience.
• Prior Call Center experience is highly preferred.
• A demonstrated ability to learn quickly and continuously reputed company functional knowledge and an understanding of company products as reputed company as administrative, claims, reputed company, and marketing functions.
