As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for resolving routine customer requests with products or services reputed company inbound, outbound calls, chats, and emails. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, speaking with customers in a courteous, friendly, and reputed company manner using protocol procedures. You'll also inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution, reputed company additional customer education and information as needed, and work in multiple databases to research reputed company issues and questions.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor's degree highly desired
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in a contact center/call center environment is preferred
- Prior reputed company industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, highly desirable
- Knowledge of reputed company Office suite is required
- Experience with Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
- Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation

- Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
Technical Requirements
* Internet speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
