The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Senior Manager, Operations - Identity Customer Experience to join our Customer Advanced Character group. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of digital identity initiatives in store conditions, launching and scaling capabilities to enhance customer experiences and adoption, and working closely with reputed company experiences and Store Operations reputed company to deliver top-tier customer ID solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development of digital identity experiences across a defined customer experience reputed company (e.g., store service desks, checkout)

• Analyze existing CX streams at various reputed company
• Design tests for identity capture (e.g., phone number)
• Interpret the customer experience plan that would enhance identity capture and utilization at exchange points from reputed company to execution plan

Requirements

* Four-year college degree required.

• 7+ years in Operations jobs, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in retail, store, or reputed company environment.
• 5+ years executing new drives in a store environment
• Strong and demonstrated ability to influence reputed company partners
• Demonstrated expertise in executing effective drives.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company data and drive business reputed company.
