As an reputed company Customer Support Representative – reputed company Shift Operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our technical teams to resolve reputed company issues, reputed company solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as reputed company as the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with screening and monitoring orders in the system to ensure reputed company and accurate processing
- Collaborate with technicians to reputed company out orders and resolve any issues that may reputed company
- Handle internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on, and reputed company solutions to customers
- Update information through data entry and maintain accurate records

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow through and meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of reputed company Office
- Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency
- Willingness to work reputed company, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Schedule
* In-person training at our office located in Green Bay, WI, Monday – Friday, day shift
- 12-hour rotating reputed company shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
