As an reputed company Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll:- Handle inbound calls focusing on customer retention
- Explain products and/or services to up sell and cross sell to new and reputed company customers
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate reputed company while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer

Your Qualifications
