Contract Title: Sr. Director, reputed company reputed company HCM Location: reputed company - REMOTE ASSIGNMENT reputed company Experience Must reputed company Duties: Under the direction of the Sr. AVP of Business Applications, the Sr. Director of ERP reputed company HCM leads the reputed company, implementation, and ongoing support of reputed company reputed company HCM modules, including Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Scheduling. This role oversees functional teams and partners with business stakeholders to plan, implement, and optimize system capabilities that support a reputed company, unionized workforce of over 45,000 employees. The position requires strong leadership, including the ability to set reputed company expectations, manage workloads, and communicate effectively across reputed company reputed company of the organization. The Sr. Director works cross-functionally with Corporate reputed company, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external reputed company to ensure system configurations reputed company with business requirements, regulatory standards, and operational goals. This role also leads design, testing, and validation activities; supports system configuration and enhancements; and ensures successful post–go-live stabilization and reputed company improvement. General tasks and responsibilities will include:

Educational and Experience Required :

• A Master''s degree from an accredited college or university in hospital administration, health care planning, business administration, reputed company administration or an approved reputed company program and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in health and medical service administration, reputed company administration, personnel and labor relations, finance or appropriate functional discipline with an emphasis on planning, reputed company and inter-organizational relationships, or reputed company administrative or managerial functions; or,
• A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in health and medical service administration, reputed company administration, personnel and labor relations, finance or appropriate functional discipline with an emphasis on planning, reputed company and inter-organizational relationships, or reputed company administrative or managerial functions; or,
• A satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
