We're seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to work in our call center, handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries, and registering customers. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of customer service experience (required)
• 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
