As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities:

* You'll be connected to people through an automated dialer who have filled out a reputed company to see if they meet the reputed company to potentially qualify for compensation.

• You'll work with a high volume of connections, speaking to 40-50 callers a day, of which 1-5 callers would potentially qualify.
• Your work will involve multitasking, such as listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company.

• You'll accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately.

• 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

• Those who are unable to work 40+ hours per week, reputed company week

• Those who are unable to use problem-solving skills
• Individuals who are unable to work the full training period (90 days)
• Those who are unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during reputed company vacation days or reputed company business hours

• Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
