As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for managing multiple live chat conversations in reputed company-time, providing reputed company and accurate responses to our site visitors, and connecting them with our reputed company-based PLs who will work on booking them for an in-person consultation. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize our CRM tool to reputed company with prospective patients in an effort to schedule them in-clinic or virtual consultations

• Manage multiple chat-based conversations in reputed company-time while providing reputed company responses

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions

• Typing speed of 60 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications

* Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between)

• Availability for training from 9am-5pm local time
